The daily habit of mindfulness is a wonderful way to intentionally:

Women’s Health Week
Various activities throughout the week including daily lucky door prizes - just attend a session and get an entry; information on women's health issues and daily healthy taste testing after each group session.
June Healthy Living Challenge
For the month of June, let’s tackle our healthy living goals together!
The challenge consists of moving more (attend an extra group session, sign up for a PT, walk the dog more often, go hiking etc) and making healthier food choices. Points will be awarded for each group session attended or activity undertaken. Measurements, weigh-in and photos will be done prior to and on completion of the 30 day Healthy Living Challenge.
Three week Step Challenge
WEEK 1 ... 6,000 steps daily (30 April)
WEEK 2 ... 8,000 steps daily (7 May)
WEEK 3 ... 10,000 steps daily (14 May)
Steps will be tallied and winner announced at the conclusion of the Challenge.
RSPCA Toowoomba Shelter Fundraiser
A walk along the Bridle Trail through Jubilee Park to raise much needed funds to aid the RSPCA’s Toowoomba shelter.
Raising Awareness for Breast Cancer
Health by Numb3rs is raising awareness and much needed funds to assist the National Breast Cancer Foundation work towards its vision of zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030 by holding a group fitness session ($10) followed by afternoon tea ($10) (attend both $15). Members, non-members, family, friends, all welcome.
